Wesley Leuck—who began working for Schwisow Construction (schwisow.com) in October 2024—recently relocated to Lincoln from Waconia Minnesota. Wesley served most recently as Director of Field Operations for Sleep Number Coporation for the past 17 years. He worked out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
Leuck also held other roles with Sleep Number including leading retail operations in Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and South Dakota and Senior Manager of New Store Projects and Construction where he helped lead unprecedented growth in store count for the organization. Prior to Sleep Number, Wesley spent over 16 years as multi-location Retail Leader for Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
Leuck will play a major role in advancing our business at Schwisow Construction according to CEO/President Doug Blum. “Wes will be responsible for running day to day business operations for Schwisow Construction. He will be working directly with our team members at our headquarters located in South Lincoln.”
