DESIGN-BUILD
Our primary delivery method, Design-Build offers a streamlined approach compared to traditional methods where the owner contracts separately with a designer and a contractor. Design-Build involves a single contract with one entity, the design-builder. This results in increased collaboration, faster project delivery, cost efficiency, reduced owner risk and enhanced communication.
DESIGN-BID-BUILD
Design-Bid-Build is the most traditional delivery method, in which the owner contracts separately with a design professional to prepare construction documents. The Contractor then creates a proposal based on those specifications and is not involved during the design process. The biggest drawback to this process is the lack of collaboration between the contractor, the owner and the design professional.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Using the Construction Manager (CM) delivery method, the owner hires a construction manager early in the design phase to oversee the project from design to close-out, with the CM acting as both a consultant and a general contractor.

ATD SMALL PROJECTS TEAM
While Schwisow Construction is equipped to handle complex, large-scale projects of hundreds of thousands of square feet, we also dedicate resources to meet our clients' small project needs.
Our specialized team focuses on delivering excellence on smaller commercial projects, remodels, repairs, retrofits and maintenance assistance. Additionally, we prioritize our customers with this team by promptly addressing any warranty claims or post-project repairs.
